Jennifer Berney

Jennifer Berney’s work has appeared in Longreads, Outside, Wired, the New York Times, and many other publications. Her memoir on queer family building, “The Other Mothers,” was a finalist for the Washington State Book Award. She lives on a small farm in Olympia, Washington, where she works as a writing coach and co-writes a newsletter on creative practice, The Scrap Heap.
